This policy applies to any request to disclose data held by Judicium, including ban and scammer records, appeal and ticket transcripts, staff notes, Discord user and server IDs, IP addresses from OSINT lookups, and message content retained for a detection.
Requests are received and reviewed by the operator of Judicium. Requests should be sent to tokbot-contact@proton.me. Requests sent to Discord or Cloudflare about Judicium data may be handled by those companies under their own processes, and we will respond to any request that reaches us.
Only the data specified in a valid legal request is disclosed. Data we do not hold cannot be provided. We do not provide access to our systems, database files or encryption keys beyond what a court requires.
We will inform affected users that a request was received and what was disclosed, unless the law or the order prohibits notice or we reasonably believe notice would endanger someone's safety. If notice is withheld, we will review that decision as the restriction ends.
In a genuine emergency that involves a risk of death or serious physical injury, we may disclose limited data without waiting for formal process where the law permits. Each emergency request is reviewed afterwards and recorded.
We keep a record of each request, the legal basis relied on, what was disclosed, and the outcome. Request records are kept as part of the case history described in the Transparency page. We will publish the number of requests received, complied with, and refused on this page, and update it at least once a year.
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change, and will update the "Last updated" date when we do. Questions about this policy can be sent to tokbot-contact@proton.me.
