This notice is provided under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and explains how Judicium processes personal data. It supplements the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.

1. Data controller

Judicium is operated by an individual self-hosting in Turkey, who acts as the data controller under KVKK.

2. Personal data processed

Discord user ID, username and display name, and server IDs where a detection, ban or appeal occurred.
Message IDs and, where a detection requires it, message content.
Perceptual hashes of images flagged as scams. The original image is not stored.
Roles backed up for accounts flagged as hacked, staff notes, ticket and appeal transcripts, and Ban IDs.
IP addresses, where the bot performs an OSINT lookup on request. IP addresses are redacted in standard command logs.
Discord OAuth refresh tokens, stored encrypted, where a user authorises the bot.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Detecting and acting on scams, raids and malicious accounts in servers that enable Judicium. Basis: legitimate interest and, where applicable, the grounds in KVKK Article 5(2)(f).
Handling appeals, support tickets and hacked-account recovery. Basis: performance of the requested service and legitimate interest.
Keeping logs and audit records for security and debugging. Basis: legitimate interest.
Where the law requires explicit consent for a specific processing activity, that consent will be requested before the activity starts.

4. Recipients and transfers abroad

Personal data may be transferred to the following recipients, some of which are located outside Turkey, including in the United States and the European Union:

Discord Inc., the platform on which the bot operates.
Cloudflare, Inc., for web hosting and Workers infrastructure.
Hugging Face, Inc., for hosted image and text model calls where a detection requires them.
Third-party IP geolocation services (ipinfo.io, geojs.io, db-ip.com, ip.guide) and the OpenStreetMap static map service, used only when an OSINT command is run.
Ratter Scanner API, for matching image hashes against known compromised-account data.
GitHub, from which public scam-hash lists are downloaded. No personal data is sent to GitHub.

Transfers abroad are made on the basis of the safeguards required by KVKK Article 9 and the Board's decisions, or with the explicit consent of the data subject where no other basis applies. Data is not sold.

5. Retention

Retention periods are set out in the Data Retention section of the Transparency page. Case, ban and blacklist records are kept until removed manually. Logs and analytics are deleted automatically after 365 days.

6. Your rights under KVKK Article 11

Learn whether your personal data is processed.
Request information about processing if it has occurred.
Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used as intended.
Know the third parties to whom data is transferred, at home or abroad.
Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
Request deletion or destruction of data where the reasons for processing no longer apply.
Request notification of the corrections, deletions or destructions to third parties to whom data was transferred.
Object to a result arising from analysis of data solely by automated systems.
Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

7. How to apply

Send your request to tokbot-contact@proton.me. You may also use the ticket system in the support server. Requests will be answered within 30 days, as required by KVKK. If the request is refused or the response is unsatisfactory, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (kvkk.gov.tr).

Bu aydınlatma metni, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") kapsamında hazırlanmıştır ve Judicium'un kişisel verileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar. Gizlilik Politikası ve Veri İşleme Sözleşmesi ile birlikte okunmalıdır.

1. Veri sorumlusu

Judicium, Türkiye'de kendi sunucusunda barındıran bir gerçek kişi tarafından işletilmektedir ve KVKK kapsamında veri sorumlusu sıfatını taşımaktadır.

2. İşlenen kişisel veriler

Discord kullanıcı kimliği, kullanıcı adı ve görünen ad; tespit, yasaklama veya itirazın gerçekleştiği sunucu kimlikleri.
Mesaj kimlikleri ve bir tespitin gerektirdiği durumlarda mesaj içeriği.
Dolandırıcılık olarak işaretlenen görsellerin algısal karmaları. Orijinal görsel saklanmaz.
Hesabı ele geçirilmiş olarak işaretlenen hesapların yedeklenen rolleri, personel notları, destek talebi ve itiraz dökümleri ve Ban ID'leri.
Bot bir OSINT sorgusu yaptığında IP adresleri. Standart komut günlüklerinde IP adresleri maskelenir.
Botu yetkilendiren kullanıcılara ait, şifrelenmiş olarak saklanan Discord OAuth yenileme belirteçleri.

3. İşleme amaçları ve hukuki sebep

Judicium'u etkinleştiren sunucularda dolandırıcılık, baskın saldırıları ve kötü amaçlı hesapların tespiti ve bunlara karşı işlem yapılması. Hukuki sebep: meşru menfaat ve uygulanabilir olduğu ölçüde KVKK 5/2-f bendi.
İtirazların, destek taleplerinin ve hesap kurtarma işlemlerinin yürütülmesi. Hukuki sebep: talep edilen hizmetin ifası ve meşru menfaat.
Güvenlik ve hata ayıklama için günlük ve denetim kayıtlarının tutulması. Hukuki sebep: meşru menfaat.
Belirli bir işleme faaliyeti için kanunen açık rıza gerekiyorsa, faaliyet başlamadan önce bu rıza talep edilecektir.

4. Alıcılar ve yurt dışına aktarım

Kişisel veriler, bir kısmı Türkiye dışında, özellikle Amerika Birleşik Devletleri ve Avrupa Birliği'nde bulunan aşağıdaki alıcılara aktarılabilir:

Botun üzerinde çalıştığı platform olan Discord Inc.
Web barındırma ve Workers altyapısı için Cloudflare, Inc.
Bir tespit gerektirdiğinde barındırılan görsel ve metin model çağrıları için Hugging Face, Inc.
Yalnızca bir OSINT komutu çalıştırıldığında kullanılan IP konum hizmetleri (ipinfo.io, geojs.io, db-ip.com, ip.guide) ve OpenStreetMap statik harita hizmeti.
Görsel karmalarını bilinen hesap ele geçirme verileriyle eşleştirmek için Ratter Scanner API.
Kamuya açık dolandırıcılık karma listelerinin indirildiği GitHub. GitHub'a kişisel veri gönderilmez.

Yurt dışına aktarımlar, KVKK 9. madde ve Kurul kararlarında öngörülen güvencelere dayanarak veya başka bir hukuki sebep bulunmadığında ilgili kişinin açık rızasıyla yapılır. Veriler satılmaz.

5. Saklama süreleri

Saklama süreleri Şeffaflık sayfasındaki Veri Saklama bölümünde belirtilmiştir. Vaka, yasaklama ve kara liste kayıtları manuel olarak kaldırılana kadar saklanır. Günlük ve analiz kayıtları 365 gün sonra otomatik olarak silinir.

6. KVKK 11. madde kapsamındaki haklarınız

Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme.
İşlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme.
İşlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme.
Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme.
Eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş verilerin düzeltilmesini isteme.
İşlenmesini gerektiren sebeplerin ortadan kalkması hâlinde verilerin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme.
Düzeltme, silme ve yok etme işlemlerinin verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme.
Yalnızca otomatik sistemler aracılığıyla analiz edilen verilere dayanarak aleyhinize bir sonuç çıkmasına itiraz etme.
Kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme.

7. Başvuru yöntemi

Talebinizi tokbot-contact@proton.me adresine gönderebilirsiniz. Destek sunucusundaki talep sistemini de kullanabilirsiniz. KVKK gereği talepler 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır. Talebiniz reddedilir veya yanıt yeterli görülmezse Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na (kvkk.gov.tr) şikayette bulunabilirsiniz.
